Lornette McCaskill is the founder of Lormac Tax & Business Services. As a child growing up, her grandmother always told her, “It is not how much you make, but how much you save”. That phrase stuck with her, and she has incorporated it with her own premise of, “Dollars makes SENSE”. She teaches this to her family, friends, and her clients. Lornette has been fighting the fight against debt, especially as it pertains to taxes, money management, budgeting, and personal financial planning for over 25 years. Lornette received her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in 2003 from Zicklin School of Business, Bernard Baruch College in New York. In 2008 she graduated from Fairleigh Dickenson University in New Jersey, with an MBA with Concentration in Finance.
Lornette has 12 years of experience in the role of Billing Manager and Revenue Manager in Hospitals and facilities in the New York City Metropolitan area. After leaving the Healthcare Industry she embarked on opening her own Accounting and Tax Preparation Firm. Within this role Lornette works with individuals, corporations, and nonprofit organization. Her primary role is Tax Preparation and other responsibilities include, financial planning, payroll, QuickBooks accounting and bookkeeping. Lornette is also a North Carolina Notary and assist with filing out Immigration and Citizenship applications.
Lornette is very passionate about her work and often refer to her business as her Ministry to reach, teach and help others gain financial freedom. She is a dynamic leader and mentor, with the ability to inspire individuals to strive toward higher levels of financial management and achievement, whether personal or business.

Ericka J. Brunson is a speaker and Financial Expert who has dedicated herself to helping others achieve the best in life through financial planning and education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC. Ericka has worked across multiple industries assisting small business owners navigate their financial structure.

Ericka has over 25 years of experience in managerial accounting which gives her insight into navigating complex financial structures.
Her time in the corporate world afforded her the opportunity to learn how large multi-level institutions operate. This insight has given her the ability to understand financial issues from both an individual and business perspective & has helped her to serve her clients better. She is grateful for the education her career has given her as well as the opportunity to share what she has learned with her clients.
